NON-Keeper

I have Tomlinson and Marshawn Lynch at RB.

This is from a non-keeper view because you can only keep two and I would not be keeping Williams or Rice with the rest of the team that I have. So which RB would you grab for your RB 3 this year?

With all the talk coming out of miami that Williams has moved ahead of Brown on the depth chart you would think easily that Williams is the better choice of the two. Upon further review I think this is just an attempt to light a fire under Ronnie Brown. Unless he is hurt more then we are lead to believe with either the thumb injury or his knee then without question Williams is the better of the two. Rice still has McGahee in front of him and while he is nursing an injury himself I think he will be ready to go come regular season and Rice if and when he sees any time it will be in spot duty at best.

For your RB 3 in Ricky you trust <img src="/images/emoticons/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

I like Ricky, seems like Rice only will have value in a PPR unless McGahee gets a bad injury.

since magahee will already be missing some time even if his rehab goies quickly (which i doubt) i see rice getting plenty of oppurtunity. plus even if willis comes back a completel lack of offense will quickly run him into the ground. ricky even if he loses the top spot again to brown once hes healthy will see a fair number of carries. i'd take a roll on ricky since you know he will be involved regardless, but don't count on him for much hes let far too many ppl down in the past to count on him.

Great question! We are leaning towards Williams now. Probably neither will have too much fantasy relevance, but Ricky has an unusual amount of upside <img src="/images/emoticons/Tiarzvei.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="Tiarzvei.gif" />

Williams will certainly get higher than Rice this season. Its been a long time since he failed a drug test. Maybe he finally learned about the Whizinator...

There are rumors Parcells is trying to trade Ronnie Brown!

That's how good Ricky Williams has looked in camp and preseason. Snatch him up!
