1. Haulla 10-2 (division winner)
2. Downington 9-3 (division winner)
3. South Loop 8-4 (division winner)
4. Gettysburg 7-5 (division winner)
5. Win City 7-5 (did not play Hermitage, scored 2405.5 points)
6. Hermitage 7-5 (did not play Win City, scored 2357.85 points)
Then I am stumped...
We have a five way tie for the last two spots...
But only two days to sort it out...

I'd be glad to help - I'm a long-time Commissioner that has faced this sort of thing before. Please provide more details about your league setup (conf/divisions) and details on each of the five remaining teams, including conference records and head-to-head against all those vying for the 2 spots. Include total points each of these teams have scored also.

Thanks for the head start Mike,

Hey all, it is that time of year again, the playoffs are starting this week.

Here is what it is (thanks to Michael for the first part here):

1. Haulla 10-2 (division winner)
2. Downington 9-3 (division winner)
3. South Loop 8-4 (division winner)
4. Gettysburg 7-5 (division winner)
5. Win City 7-5 (did not play Hermitage, scored 2405.5 points)
6. Hermitage 7-5 (did not play Win City, scored 2357.85 points)
7. River City Raiders 6-6 (2284 points)
8. St Louis Chaos 6-6 (2257.75 points)

Note: last two playoff spots determined by Playoff Tie Breaker Rules for 3 or more teams in different divisions b. Most points scored)

Missed the playoffs:
9. Flint Tropics 6-6 (2170.95 points)
10. Danville Labrador Retrievers 6-6 (2168.55 points)
11. Central Valley Venom 6-6 (2166.8 points)
12. Windsor Warriors 5-7 (Defeated Florida Phantoms in week 9 two way tie – not the same division)
13. Florida Phantoms 5-7
14. Kalifornia Quakes 4-8
15. Ann Arbor Armageddon 3-9
16. Warsaw Warmongers 1-11

Let me know if anyone disagrees with any of this, if not I will get the playoffs set up on the league site.

Thanks for a great year.

FYI Reminder to Keep in Mind - Waiver Wire Rules:

k. Teams may utilize Free Agency for the entire regular season and in the playoffs to teams that are in the playoffs, so long as they have SimBucks available to use. However any player picked up in Free Agency during the playoffs, may not be “tagged” the following year.
