so THAT's what a Vice-President does. Who knew. I guess Biden didn't look as good in his get'up for Beer Gate last year. :minibeer2:

From all of his comments, I could have swore Biden was drinking all those beers Sarah's been serving.....he makes Quale sound like an PHD.

How the hell are you, you old goat? Glad to see you roaming the halls.

I'll take two of whatever you are serving.

You know me... Jack & Shiner Bock are still high on my priority list. :snicker:

Did get a bit of news yesterday though. Heard that my Social Security Disability was finally approved. Yeh, kinda startled me too. Now it's official... I really am as f*cked up as I been feeling. :nono2:

Got my homeboy draft tomorrow... the one day/year that I break out my old Confederate Battleflag shirt. Hopefully the cleaners fumigated the pockets that were infested with injury bugs last season.

:nono2: In here drinking up my own profits... Week-1 and my opponent went absolutely mutant on my ass. Mathew Stafford, Calvin Johnson & Kenny Britt all went off for him, while I suffered LaGarrette Blount's disappearing act, with Tolbert's 3 TD's on my bench.

Consider them lined up... After losing to the highest scoring team in the league in Week-1, I've managed 2 straight come-from-behind 2-point victories to stand at 2-1 and a share of my division lead.

Thanks Stack!

Odd how playing in 6-7 leagues seemed to sap my zeal for the game. Now that I'm back to playing in only one, the highs and lows of winning & losing from week to week are getting my juices flowing again. I'm finding myself doing many of the things I did back in the early days (i.e. 15 years ago) to eek out every possible point. I will admit the weekly prep work gets harder as I've aged...

...just getting the cauldron down out of the attic was a b*tch. That and my local supplier of bat wings & newts eyes went out of business. I'm really dreading that "dancing naked in the dark of a new moon part too. :snicker:
